The best thing about the course for me is the tools that I now have available to me like delegation plans & feedback logs. I have utilised these often during the duration of the course & will continue to do so.||I have found that I am able to better identify the tasks that I need to have direct involvment in & those that are low payoff activities for me.||The course has helped me in setting goals around modernising our monthly financial reports to management which has resulted in more relevant information being available for meaningful management decisions.
