Where do I begin. Thanks to doing the LMA course and our Facilitators Michael and Allison Carding my team and I have improved so much over the last four months. Learning the Importance of setting goals, Improving Communication, Identifying HPA’s and KPI’s and Time Utilisation are just some of the skills I have gained that has helped me to Improve the performance and productivity of my team.|Thanks so much and I will continue to use the skills and knowledge I have gained to further my teams development.
