the facilitator was very good at promoting open discussion on all subjects.i really enjoyed this course because it made me look at myself and what i was doing and how i have changed over the past couple of months. this has been a very positive change in the way i approach my role in the company. the power of goal setting and the communication skills i got are, and will be valuable to me in my business and personal life.i have a new level of trust and an openness with my team that has made my work life much better than before.i have accomplished most of my goals and have achieved much more than i thought i would from this course.
