learning more about myself was fantastic, learning more about what makes people do what they do and why gave me an insight into how I can make work better for them and help them enjoy achieving more than they believed they could.learning more about different types of motivation and how to use them effectively. through using the techniques I’ve learned about through LMA I’ve managed to start developing a happier work place with more productivity in some areas. Through training and delegating responsibility I”m developing a culture which has lowered my stress levels and given me more time to spend on more important tasks. my team is taking more responsibility for yields and productivity. my team leaders are now more active in bringing solutions from their teams instead of problems .
