I was good as what I was doing, but this course confirmed that I was doing some things really well and there were other areas where I could improve. I have gained skills that I had not considered. I am focussing more on the client’s needs, not mine. Time pictures makes sense to me. I am not afraid to ask for referrals. I am always thinking of the customer experience and how we can be ‘of service” to the client.
