Sharing experiences with people from other industries and vocations in the workshops highlighted different applications of the theories learned and often got me thinking differently about how i might apply them. The content of the COL course is very thorough and relevant to any managerial role. I particularly got a lot of benefit from the modules that covered the promotion of positive learning and continuous improvement cultures in the workplace. Our organisation will benefit greatly from applying some of these theories.
