Coming from a non sales background I found the course made me realise that I can help my clients by selling them what they need, not to just try to sell to them.||As we continued through the course I found i could assess my clients and their market and plan strategies to expand my product range and build stronger relationships at the same time .||Through my planning I have been able to achieve my KPIs by realising how to address each client differently.
