My entire attitude did a complete backflip. I was very negative and angry before enrolling in the course but after the first few workshops I was able to really understand what Kristina was saying and use what I had learnt in my wok place.|My time management has been a big improvement as well as identifying my HPA. Previously I spent very little time actually working on my HPA’s where as now I have increased those working hours significantly.
