self growth was the biggest achievement for me.i increased my confidence through self planning and priortising my work load and getting the most out of each activity i did.Through implementing a new white board system i increased our output percent from 60 to 65, even though it was a small percentage it made a huge improvement in planning and overall production for my team.this course has opened my eyes in being confident in my team members and leading with the right tools so as a team we can achieve more.thank you so much LMA.
