I used the time analysis sheet, I made a copy and used it within my department both within SA and WA, this opened my eyes and the teams at what they were not doing as a HPA task.|As a result we have made some small changes which has had a improvement in a couple of areas within WA. SA we are still doing the analysis.|But just the use of it changed the approach of the team towards the time they did tasks.
