Most enjoyable aspects and aspects of the course are the tools used for evaluation of the team and team members and the fact that these aligned with my intentions with the team development. It made the process much easier.||It allowed me to capture the data needed to assess the team time management and skills base for use in the future with respect to team improvements and advancements.| |Most of the goals applied were already in play before capturing as part of this course but sometimes its good to have them documented for better visibility and track record for myself and anyone else who needs to know.
