I really enjoyed the class room activities during the coarse . Seeing the other participants all from different jobs ,but we all have the same problems. they were open to information and there help form them has been great for me . |Biggest thing out of the coarse it to set Goals ,achievable ones, write them down and then next week tick them off as they were achieved. I,m doing this with my staff now. also using the neat planer for staff meetings . Ive introduced meetings for our supervisors monthly & weekly ones for the chefs. using planer as a guide to run meetings and get tasks done. Its all about communication, so this helps us where we are going.
