I enjoyed interacting with class members from other areas/departments who I would not have had the opportunity to do so outside the LMA course. This has help me overcome obstacles almost on a weekly basis when I need specialised tooling or need further support to meet build targets and deadlines.|The course was a challenge for me as I was renovating my old house and had unfortunate family events during the year. Using the course as a tool to set both personal and work related goals helped me as Adrian puts it “eating an elephant one bite at a time”
