The best part of this course for me was the chance to go over things that I already knew intuitively. Nothing in this course was a surprise, however it has given me the clarity, the context and the tools to not only recognise management techniques but also to use them for the benefit of myself and my team.||This has allowed me to view my supervisors and managers in a new light. I can now learn from them in a way that I was only grasping at before.||My goals have not changed from when I began the course, I likely would have achieved some of, if not all of, the things I set out to do during the course even if I had not participated. What the course has done for me is provided me with the confidence and the language to approach other sources of information, internally and externally, to come to a better solution than I had hoped for previously.
