The course was challenging with some of the assignments and keeps us involved rather than a boring class room the workshops were very helpful and was great to interact with people outside of our workplace sharing ideas .|From the course i was able to reduce my interuptions and delegate alot of data entry work to other staff and responsibilty as i do not to do everything myself allowing me to focus more on my hpa’s. |Saving between 1 to 2 hrs a day from these changes.|The change of our roster giving us flexibility, delegation of data entry, empowering staff to take on resposibility,
