i found this course very appropriate as it is not a general overview, it related to me and my workplace where i could take what im learning and put it to practice.|i realised that i was wasting time in many areas, allowing interruptions was a major issue. By doing a daily planner i organise what i need to complete and it has helped me be more productive.|I have also become a better listner and learnt to not judge by emotions, using I instead of YOU.
