I enjoyed all aspects of this course,mainly due to all course modules related to my daily work life.i have been manager of ten staff for 18 months and I new I needed to learn how to better my managerial skills.this course was just what I needed.|I have achieved business goals such as managing time by using daily task list,maximising performance of my rep with weekly meetings,growing sales by visit customers and a personal goal of having a driveway installed.
