A big success has been using Win Win Goals and Focus Goals to assist in achieving them. It is not something I have placed too much effort into, in the past. They have allowed me to become more organised, structured and professional. I started my new role at BDSS in late Jan and commenced this course in April. It has been of great benefit to me in fine tuning my skills and reminding me of what I need to do to be successful.|This last quarter has been the most successful in the company’s history and whilst it is not all down to me, I have had a significant effect on the record sales. The first quarter in 2015 looks as though it will be even better.
