Overall I have really enjoyed the course and have found it beneficial to me as a leader. It has shown me the parts off leadership which I do well and highlighted some parts that I could improve on. Through my taking part in this course I think myself and my team have benefited as I have been more engaged with the actual leadership part of my role and thinking more about how I actually lead my team.
