Our course facilitator Patricia Hill managed to make every workshop a worthwhile and engaging learning experience. Her delivery of the course material, and her ability to elicit effective responses from the class made the learning experience very enjoyable.||I appreciated her individual and positive feedback to each class member on their Workplace Project presentation.
