Well i found this course directly relevant to my role as a Team leader within the IS section.|i have learn’t ways to manage that i didn’t know before, simple things like time management – feedback logs – todo lists.|maybe in the past i had some of these but this course put it into context for me.|also SMART goals and HPA’s give me more clear context on how to prioritise my work.|so thanks.
