I thoroughly enjoyed participating in this course. I have learnt so much about the responsibilities of being a Manager. Most measurable results I can see is work that I have delegated to my Team members. I have gained so much time in doing so. It was such a great course to do, instead of reading a text book and understanding theory, you actually had to put it in practice and also a complete a Change Project.
