The style of the course is great. The modules were very interactive and required a great deal of thought and insightful input. New ideas were communicated well. I enjoyed the fact that most of the ideas that worked for people we ones that they or another peer on the course had come up with. It definately helps to make you think out of the box or in a different way to improve or solve issues/problems.|I was able to reduce my interruptions by planning and becoming more organised.|My communication is improving with managers/peers and team members alike.|I am actively seeking innovative ways to improve systems and processes for continuous improvement.
