Meeting new people from a range of workplaces and hearing their stories and experiences – as well as their take on a particular topic.||I was unsure at first about having a mentor and a coach and a faciliator – it just sounded like a lot of people but each has a clear role and all were very supportive of me and all added their take on a topic which was so useful.||Goal setting and having focus goals were very beneficial for me. I feel like I achieved a lot of things I might otherwise not have done as the focus goals pushed me along.||I am also so much more aware of all the process improvements we can make in our workplace – and now feel I have some very useful tools and tactics for how this can happen.||I plan to review a module every month – even if that just involves listening to a CD in the car. It would be good to keep the knowledge going and I’m sure I’ll pick up a lot more as I reflect on the course.
