COMBINED METAL INDUSTRIES WA TPE Paul Forrest

I have felt that i was doing a good job – this course has made me realise that i am. I do feel more confident about my performance levels – that i am doing a lot of things right, but there is also room to make small improvemnts or adjustments – Slight Edge|Delegation of tasks has always been an issue for me – I believe that I can now manage trusting other team members to perform tasks to the best of their abilities|Above the line approach / thinking – something I have always endeavoured to achieve – Good re-inforcement|Good help with looking at my Time Management & work practices to make some improvements|Personally during the course my wife & myself have had an increase to our family – baby boy Franklin William Forrest. This has been a very rewarding, but also challenging period in my life (obviously).
