For me the overall success of participating in the LMA course was the re-alignment and awakening of aspects of my job role and interaction with colleagues in a manner that involved;|Interaction|Feedback|Review|Associated time lines.|All the things that should take part in your everyday work, but for whatever reason can tend to go by the way side.||The course also gives you time to ask questions of yourself and how you manage aspects of your own routine;|time management|delegation|goal setting|performance review of oneself.||Various surveys completed throughout each module give some industry insight to what is really important to a work force and employee group, what drives them, what triggers poor performance etc.||I did have a very big win win goal and I am very proud to say we are well on the way to having this completed and we are having our first trial in a big box stores which once evaluated could lead to a significant shift in how we view meat in our business and what cost savings can be made along the way.
