I started the course just a few months after being promoted to production supervisor and it certainly helped me to put certain strategies in place to give me the confidence i have today. My communication skills have improved and i have learnt how to adjust my approach to different team members to engage them in varied situations.The completion of several win win goals and my project have proved very valuable both in cost savings and time saving,certain areas of production are more organised and these improvements will continue long after the the courses completion.Outside of work the course as helped me stay focused and positive and certainly helped me through some tough times for which i am very grateful.|I really enjoyed the positive interaction with other participants during the course and the excellent encouragement and assistance we all received from both Gary Betcher and David Turner.|The experience and skills i have gained will help me in a role i thought would find quiet daunting. Thankyou
