The most enjoyable aspects for me was the classroom learning each time, listening to what other members were facing & different ways to go about all situations.|Challenges of the role plays was also a good learning from the course.|The challenge of completing aspects of modules with team members at the work place was great.|Results – I felt I had slipped into the accepting stage at work, Through the course I have re focused & wont just accept anymore, hold all staff accountable for their jobs, reassess where improvement is required. Get my point across more with senior managers |Delegation of task from me to team members to keep them interested & challenge them.
