I found the best part of the course was learning how to delegate LPA and focus more on HPA. Which decreased my hours at work and spending more time at home with family. As I was doing way to many hours. Time management was another great part of the course I found very useful.|I also found by setting goals and targets for myself and team this get done and not just talked about. But the biggest thing was learning how to listen and respect other team members.
