The most enjoyable part of the course was the monthly meetings. When everyone participating in the course was able to interact together.Which I found enriching. The probably one of the more useful tools is to plan the day and to focus on the HPA activities as well consider were is training is appropriate up skill staff. So have greater depth and flexibility as well be able to delegate tasks as required. The stock accuracy on site has improved. This has been looking on ways to improve. In regards to my team fine tuning the culture of ownership of the task. This is done by through clear communication of the expectation of what needs to b achieve ( the goal ) and how we get there through by following the procedure ( the plan ). Which requires monitoring, evaluating and the return communication to the staff.
