I have enjoyed being given some tools to make my role as a Manager easier. Practical things i could use and apply to my every day tasks. Things like the team skills audit have come in handy for me, specifically given that i changed departments half way through the course, the Team Skills Audit allowed me to start from a base with my 2 new team members and work out where to direct training efficiently.|I also think my general ability to break down my tasks and work efficiently (manage my time) and delegate certain tasks that i felt were either easier to do myself, or that were too large to effectively hand over to someone without constant monitoring.
