I think that one of the positive outcomes of the course was to relate to people from different backgrounds and from different workplaces, and how they have and use different ideas and techniques and how they implement them. |I accomplished the goal of having weekly meetings with the team and asking for feedback (both positive and negative) so that we can move forward positively.
