The most enjoyable aspect of the course is been able to share problems, listen to others point a view and how they solved the problems. Also how to solve problems using the win win goals and how to set my HPAS. By using records in the maintenance department I have established a history of break downs/parts and has reduced cost and lost time in preventable maintenance.
