Most enjoyable – the workshop sessions where we were able to interact with different participants and hear different points of view.|Measurable results – focus goals where I managed to clear a lot of my “outstanding items” on a week by week basis that wasn’t always high on my priority list and kept piling up.|Goals accomplished – changed my e-mail system so that I am more organised and have the slight edge.
