I really enjoyed engaging in discussion with other Energex employees and hearing about their experiences in the company.|It gave me the confidence to apply for secondments within the company to increase my Energex knowledge.|This year was a very eventful year for me (having twins) and it helped me to train up colleagues to complete my duties when I was away from work. The course helped me be a lot more organised in my business and personal life and made me a lot more self aware. I was able to identify my strengths and more importantly, areas in which I had to work on.
