I really enjoyed this course as I had only been acting in my role as a leader for a few months when it started. I felt the course offered me some good foundations in leadership that I have been able to use along the way. ||I really liked the goal setting aspect of this course and I know I’ll continue to set goals as a means for ongoing achievement. The goals I have achieved as part of the course are: improved time management, holding successful stand-up meeting with my team (I learnt about stand-up meetings through this course) and improved communication. ||Overall, I feel that I am a more organised and productive leader as a result of attending this course.
