The residential element was great – a chance to bond and get to know the group better. It also challenged us and I certainly left with a sense that I was “improved”.|I have also enjoyed the Workplace Project. Having this as part of the Frontline course has enabled me to push and stretch more than I think I would had it not been included.|Prior to Frontline I rarely set goals. Now I set them at work and at home. I appreciate the value in setting, aiming for and achieving defined goals.
