I have become a better leader and manager over the last year and have been able to measure this by the improved performance of my team as a whole. I really enjoyed working with the other people on the course and know I can build on some of these relationships in the future. ||I have learnt new skills and become more comfortable with challenging the status quo. I put this down to a better understanding of the Value Cycle that is imperative to business success. This allows me to challenge current practices from a variety of angles and build supportive arguments for change. ||More locally, as a team, we have been able to meet the challenges presented over the last year and worked successfully with other workgroups and project teams to implement some major changes to our workgroup. ||I thought the course content and delivery was excellent and has really opened my eyes to opportunities for improvement and I am now confident that I can develop a High Performance Team.
