I learnt a lot about my team and how to improve our working relationship, but what I really learnt was a lot about myself (this surprised me as I though I knew my limits well). The goals I set now far exceed any previous goals and my belief in being able to achieve these is beyond anything I would have though possible before completing this course.||Desirae is a gem – she has enabled me to re aim my goals from moderate success to aiming for the stars in both my career and in my private life, I truly believe that when I look back in 20 years at my life I will see a definite change from 2016 on.|Thanks very much Desirae.
