One of the greatest success from the course which has come directly from my wife is how much more relaxed and a sence of being content and in control of my work. My wife could always sense when I was on edge or had outstanding work and would often send me back to work to comeplete. I know have more freedom and avaliable time for the most important things which is my worklife balance and spending time with my family. This is all as a direct result on better time management, being clear on my HPA’s and delegating/empowering my staff.
