I liked the ability of the course contents to put forward ideas/suggestions that were applicable to me and easy to put into practise|i believe myself and my team have benefitted greatly simply by making a few small changes, even just in attitude, that can effect a staff members performance and therefore directly effect production|If i am able to concentrate just 2-3 hours on my HPA’s it can have a direct financial benefit to the company which is measurable.
