Our course Facilitator Jennifer Leslie made all the difference. She was confident and knowledgable in what she was teaching the group.|I particularly enjoyed the the group discussions that Jennifer promoted from all participants. We got to now one another through not only the job but also on a personal level. The connection between Jennifer and all participant was very encouraging.|The exercises,break out sessions and Case Studies were fun and interesting. So many minds from all different companies,roles working together to find a solution. This opened my mind on how other think and plan.|I use different techniques in my own workplace that I took from my fellow participants and facilitator.
