I manage to achieve 2 of my business win/win goals and i was able to progress in my personal goals. I have learnt how to use different techniques to help me develop my team and this has shown through sales in accessories and other parts of selling. I have learnt how to do focus goals and i am implementing it within my team. This course has helped me to build a stronger attitude towards speaking in front of people and helped me to understand why its important to make organisation a strong point in my life and work as it helps to keep everything sorted and up to date. Its such a great feeling to be on top of the ball.
