During the time spent undertaking this course my motivation has been enhanced and my outlook on work and life in general has become more positive. I really looked forward to every second Wednesday, because I new the interaction would leave me feeling positive and motivated.|I am now enthusiastic when approaching new projects and committed to completing tasks within a specified time frame; set by myself or my managers.|I have developed a manual that will assist other staff to undertake initial inquiry responses thus freeing up time for myself to concentrate on HPAs. This has resulted in the manual being interactive with hyperlinks to other web sites and forms required for the processes now being placed on the intranet for staff use. I am now focusing on having the application processes incorporated into the Corporations web site for the public to access.|I have also had time to undertake a data verification process initiated and undertaken by myself.|I have completed a state wide land assessment for Senior management and have been credited with the work that was done.
