I really enjoyed showing up to the workshops even though I missed a few. Our facilitator was very friendly always answered our questions and had a great sense of humor. My self and my team have started to see growth in my communication towards the team and a much more confident leader. I accomplished all my goals but one, but with the tools provided I have learnt that changing goals is sometimes a good thing and I see my self achieving it in the near future.
