I have completed all my win-win goals and don’t think that I would of had a chance to do so without the course detailing and outlining the importance of certain things such as time management and focus goals, I am a lot more confident in my role as a supervisor and I feel that my team can see that and respond really well when given instructions and have tasks delegated to them.
