The most enjoyable part of the course I feel is the initiation through to the later stage of the work place project. I enjoyed using the learnings in developing the team and seeing them also develop throughout the course. I have implemented several ideas from the course and these include but not limited. Feedback Log, HPS’s, Daily “to do List”, become a better listener and so on.
