Enjoyed the interaction between participants and discussing/communicating our progression over the time of the course.|The gradual learning aspect was very beneficial, as you are able to implement ideas as you go.|The tools that have been provided as part of the course are very relevant and I can see myself using the vast majority of them.|Have gained a greater confidence in my role and feel much more comfortable about being a leader. Having so much more control over my time and being able to support my team much more has been a fantastic benefit.|Gaining knowledge on how to effectively get the best results from my team, will hopefully produce some really good results.
