The most enjoyable part of the course was meeting a really amazing group of individuals with a common interest of leadership, learning and development.|I have identified what my HPA’s are and have benefited from empowering my people. I have stepped away from the details and my team have developed by taking on the responsibility and gaining knowledge. I have learnt how to delegate effectively and am increasing my ability to manage my own “monkeys” instead of everybody elses.
