I thoroughly enjoyed this course!|It was hard at times as I am not a manager and have no direct employees in my team, but never the less, Kristina made it easy for me to apply the knowledge to my current situation.|I really enjoyed the practical application and example situations- sometimes it is easy to get overwhelmed by all the information and theory but when it is communicated in an example, I could relate to it well.||Overall, fantastic! 🙂
